ABOUT OUR CLASSES
CHEFLING JUNIOR
(3-7 yrs)
In the Chefling classes Chef Abby will be teaching the basics of the kitchen, baking, cooking and kitchen values. Starting with simple easy recipes. Cheflings will also be taught about kitchen hygiene, reading recipes and fun food facts.
Time spent in the kitchen at a young age is good for children's hand eye con-ordination, team work, reading, multi tasking and prioritising tasks.
Recipes include: - Bacon & Cheese Pinwheels - Custard Tarts - Puff Pastry - Choc Chip Cookies
- Ice Cream - Mac & Cheese - Garden Salad - Themed Meals and much more.
This is either a set of 5 classes, or single class. The cost for all 5 sessions is R1000 but any Chefling can attend a single class at R250 per class.

CHEFLING SENIOR
(8-15 yrs)
In the chefling classes Chef Abby will be building on the basics of the kitchen. Exploring various cooking methods - what they mean and learning about different cuisines and food culture.
Cheflings will also be taught about kitchen hygiene, reading recipes and fun food facts.
Time spent in the kitchen at a young age is good for children's hand eye con-ordination, multi tasking and prioritising tasks.
Recipes include: - Choux Pastry - Butter Chicken - No-Bake Bar One Cheesecake - Herb Cous Cous Salad - Oat Crunchies - Ice Cream - Pumpkin Fritters - Mini Pizzas and much more.

The cost for all 5 sessions is R1500 but any Chefling can attend a single class at R300 per class.

ADULT CLASSES
During these classes we will explore world wide cuisines that will enhance your tastes with warm, fresh, crunchy and spicy flavours from around the world, including Mexican, Spanish, Thai, Indian, Italian, Greek and much more.

SUSHI CLASSES
Intricate, delicate and detailed are just some of the words to describe our sushi classes.
Learn how to select the best fish for your sushi and how to prepare sushi rice, california roll, maki sushi, hand roll ,gunkan maki ,nigiri sushi (to name a few) step-by-step, as our chef’s guide and instruct you.

MYSTERY BOX CHALLENGE
Not just a cooking class, but a culinary experience filled with fun and mystery, taking place every month.
You will have to work together to plan and design your meal by utilizing the random ingredients supplied in the mystery box. Working on the different set of ingredients, you
must put your own creative spin on the meals as no recipes are provided.
Our chef will be on hand to provide culinary advice.
